Which machine is used for which packaging?

Medicines could be made in liquid, solid or cream form and could be packaged in different manner. The blisters are kept in the carton along with a leaflet. Then, carton goes in the bigger box which needs to be moved from one place to another. The machines which are generally used here include:

  1. Blister machines for putting the medicines inside the blisters. At this stage, the machine even checks the tablets which are kept inside blister and also that they are properly closed.
  2. The horizontal packaging machine is mainly used for inserting the blisters in the cartons along with the leaflets. This stage is extremely important due to the leaflet which is present inside. As earlier, in case there is no leaflet inside the carton, the carton is also rejected.
